Return Process

  Log into your Deals Era account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included manuals or accessories are included in the box.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
